 A rare and highly sought after carved whale ivory "WHALES" necklace by master carved Charlie Sayles, Nantucket. Eight beautifully carved one-inch whale species all linked together on a 14k gold chain. Excellent condition with nice old patina. Made to order in the 1970's. Only less than a dozen are known.
